Quality assurance lead
in this role, you will oversee the implementation of quality strategies to ensure the integrity of our products. Your responsibilities include managing quality assurance inspectors, inspecting products, and scheduling assignments to meet customer expectations.
key responsibilities:
* assign work tasks based on daily operational needs to guarantee quality products are produced.
* conduct human resource activities, including approving time off, conducting performance evaluations, and maintaining organizational policies and procedures.
* provide guidance, leadership, and direction to those under your supervision.
* effectively communicate daily schedules, goals, and quality issues between shifts to ensure customer satisfaction.
additional accountabilities:
1. ensure accuracy and timeliness in quality determinations and internal/external escapes are achieved.
2. partner with production leads to coordinate day-to-day assignments and delegate tasks to qa inspectors.
3. foster growth and development of qa inspectors through coaching, training, and constructive feedback.
this is a highly visible role that requires strong leadership and communication skills to drive quality excellence across the organization.
