*about the job*:
we're looking for a production supervisor to keep our operations running smoothly while making sure everything stays on track with our quality management system (sgc).
in this role, you'll lead a team, ensure production targets are met, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

*in your future role as a production supervisor you will*:
- lead and organize a team of direct and indirect reports to keep production efficient and on schedule
- ensure compliance with best manufacturing practices and quality standards, including core tools (apqp, ppap, fmea, spc, and msa)
- monitor equipment logs, take corrective actions, and request maintenance when needed
- maintain a safe, clean, and structured work environment
- support employee training, including safety procedures and operational best practices
- participate in safety brigades, fire drills, evacuations, and first aid training
*we believe you bring*:
- a degree (or equivalent experience) in chemical engineering or a related field
- at least 4 years of experience in a similar role
- full fluency in english (written and spoken)
- ability to pass a medical exam (physical fitness required)
- strong leadership skills to maintain a positive and disciplined work environment
- experience working with sap (a plus!)
*good to know*:
this is a full-time, onsite position at our los reyes plant, reporting directly to the production superintendent in mexico.
