*how will you make an impact in this role?

in this role you will help leaders manage their time, plan strategic meetings, and address daily challenges that can impact organizational goals.
you will provide dedicated support to two vice presidents in mexico and assist the legal team in argentina with administrative matters.
your responsibilities will include:
- provide direct support to two vice presidents in relation to diary management, including management of meetings spanning multiple time zones
- coordinate logistics and arrangements for internal meetings and events
- coordinate, prepare and reconcile corporate cards expenses using concur (mexico) and oracle (argentina) expense system.
creation of purchase orders (po).
t&e expense claims (travel expenses such as meals or transportation; byod, refunds)
- agenda planning and coordination of senior leader ´s visits.
- management of travel bookings
- database administration, filing and records management responsibilities
- payment of judicial fees via payment portal system
- management and tracking of outside counsel legal expenses, including liaising with gco operations team and external law firms to ensure prompt payment of invoices and resolution of any invoice queries
- budget analysis and projection estimation.
fee adjustments study
- creation of engagement letters and opening new matters in legal tracker
- assist weekly lawsuits and claims committee
- request call recordings via call copy request
- preparation of presentation materials for leadership updates and other legal presentations with management of confidential information
- daily control of deox platform (electronic notifications of supreme court of justice of buenos aires)
- invoice upload into stream system
- internal survey creation used in forums and trainings via qualtrics tool
- daily control of accurate forward of requirements
- assistance with job posting requisition openings
*minimum qualifications*
- languages spanish and english
- proficient in microsoft office
- exceptional organizational skills
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- flexibility and adaptability: last-minute schedule changes, shifting priorities, crisis management, remote work adjustments
- ability to adapt to diverse leadership style
- discretion and confidentiality
- strong multitasking abilities
*preferred qualifications*
- knowledge of concur, oracle, stream, qualtrics and legal tracker systems is a plus
