Global supply chain senior manager
the overarching objective of this role is to facilitate seamless delivery of goods and services requested by company personnel in support of the company's business. Key responsibilities include overseeing a team of procurement analysts, leading cross-functional teams in developing and executing strategic sourcing plans, and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
additional responsibilities include establishing global procurement standards, recommending new work procedures, and developing new procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading strategic sourcing programs, demonstrated strategic sourcing/procurement skills, and stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* lead a cross-functional team in developing/executing strategic sourcing strategies and complex contract negotiations
* develop standards, policies, targets, and category strategies that include segmentation of categories and commodities
* manage global procurement team members, interface with business leaders, and oversee cross-regional projects
* implement strategic direction with suppliers, negotiate contracts/master agreements, and model total cost of ownership
