we are seeking a dedicated and experienced private concierge/vip butler to join our team in grand cayman. The successful candidate will be responsible for tailoring itineraries, assisting with vip guest needs, and learning front desk duties.
key responsibilities:
* provide personalized concierge services to guests, ensuring an exceptional experience during their stay.
* tailor itineraries based on guests' preferences and needs.
* anticipate and address guest needs, handling any requests promptly and professionally.
* work closely with other departments, including the front desk, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
* learn and assist with front desk duties as needed.
* maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism in all interactions.
* provide vip services for high-profile guests, ensuring privacy and exclusive attention.
requirements:
* proven experience in a concierge, butler, or similar role, preferably in a luxury or hospitality environment.
* strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
* experience working with vip guests and high-profile clientele.
* ability to tailor itineraries and provide personalized recommendations.
* willingness to learn front desk duties.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* fluent in english; other languages are a plus.
