salary: up to $30,000 mxn gross
the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our solar photovoltaic (pv) projects, from planning to implementation and maintenance.

2. coordinating with stakeholders
3. ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
key responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
2. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
4. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
5. Manage project budget, including tracking expenditures and forecasting costs.
6. Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular updates.
7. Identify and manage project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
8. Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated as necessary.
9. Lead project team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in project management in the solar pv industry.
3. Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in project management tools
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in the solar pv industry.
10. Pmp certification is a plus.
