* support the preparation of apqp documentation in accordance with aiag standards.
* coordinate with contractors to ensure safety during industrialization and initial production.
* perform safety/ergonomic evaluations on newly developed equipment.
* lead multidisciplinary teams at the plant for the introduction of new manufacturing equipment.
* actively participate in the annual physical inventory.
* education: bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, manufacturing, or related field)* experience in a similar position: 5 years of related work experience in the automotive industry.
* required technical knowledge:* proficiency in manufacturing processes and quality systems.
* management of multiple simultaneous projects and fulfillment of deliverables.
* application of lean manufacturing and six sigma tools.
