it recruiter (talent acquisition partner)
we’re looking for a results-driven it recruiter to support end-to-end hiring across technical and business roles. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring leaders to attract, assess, and secure top talent while delivering a strong candidate experience.
what you’ll do
1. partner with hiring managers to understand needs and define effective recruiting strategies
2. source, engage, and assess candidates across multiple channels
3. manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake through offer and close
4. guide hiring teams on interviewing best practices and decision-making
5. deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience
6. negotiate and close offers aligned with compensation guidelines
7. maintain accurate pipeline and reporting in workday
8. partner with external agencies when needed

9. campus recruiting: build university partnerships and support intern/early career hiring
10. contract staffing: support contract hiring needs and vendor partnerships
you will be successful in this role if you have:
what you bring
11. minimum of 4 years of experience recruiting for technical and/or professional roles
12. strong stakeholder management and communication skills
13. ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
14. a proactive, data-driven approach to sourcing and pipeline management
15. experience with ats platforms (workday preferred)
16. strong english skills (read, write, speak)
