To accelerate our global expansion, expand our brand presence, we are looking for motivatedkey account manager (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week to start as soon as possible in monterrey for the nola region with focus on mexico. This role will report directly to the country manager iberia, latam, and italy.

please note: this will be a contract employment.


your job

you will work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose appropriate cybersecurity solutions. This role is crucial in driving revenue and building customer relationships.

* as key account manager you identify as well as continuously developing new customer projects and create a relationship with decision makers of your customers within the assigned sales region.
* you are responsible for expanding and gaining your sales pipeline; thereby you are supported by our sales partners and presales consultants.
* you provide accurate forecasts and reports on activity and sales performance.
* you oversee the sales cycles of your projects at any time and ensure systematical work on your follow-open tasks.
* you help our channel partners to win projects by supporting them with direct touch.
* you contribute to precise forecasting and to the expansion of the crm pipeline through your expertise and your systematic way of working.
* you have an eye on the market and the positioning of the hornetsecurity group and know how to turn the right screws to differentiate from competitors.
* you represent us at conferences, attend webinars, meetups, and contribute to overall brand and awareness.


your profile

* you have asolid it knowledgethrough your education, your academic studies or a comparable qualification – ideally in it security or cloud services (preferably in cyber security). Experience in email security or backup market will be valued
* you look back onat least 5 years of experience in direct salesof complex products which require explanations in the b2b environment.
* you haveexcellent communication skillsand present yourself competently and confidently to partners and customers – both inspanish and english.
* youenjoy convincingcustomers and partners of the hornetsecurity group services in presentations and negotiations.
* youmotivate yourselfwith your own successes and pursue your quarterly goals with passion.
* you are anorganizational talentand knowhow to set prioritiesin favor of the hornetsecurity group.
* you have excellenttime management skills, and work with high levels ofautonomy and self-direction.
* you have ahigh willingness to travel.
