Location: randolph, ohio

this position is based in the united states and requires on-site presence in ohio or kentucky, with travel between sites.

this is a high-impact hr leadership role overseeing two manufacturing plants, with direct influence on business performance, labor relations, and organizational transformation

about the role

lead the people and culture transformation across east and fruehauf inc., ensuring hr actively enables business performance.

this role drives hr strategy, governance, and execution across both sites strengthening leadership capability, workforce stability, and organizational accountability.

responsibilities

* lead end-to-end hr strategy and operations across both plants.
* act as a strategic partner to leadership, translating business priorities into workforce actions.
* drive culture and change initiatives aligned with fultra values.
* lead labor relations and union engagement, ensuring effective and compliant practices.
* ensure hr governance, legal compliance, and risk management.
* own core talent processes: workforce planning, succession, and performance management.
* strengthen hr team capability and operating model effectiveness.

qualifications

* bachelor's degree in hr, business, or related field.
* 10+ years of hr experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
* 5+ years in senior hr leadership or hrbp roles.
* experience leading union labor relations and collective bargaining.
* experience in multi-site or matrix organizations.
* fluent english required; spanish preferred.
