You will report directly to our field service aliance manager and you'll work out of our designated location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

Key responsibilities
- troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customers
- provide technical support and expertise for our solutions
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
- conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers
- stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
must have
- bachelor´s degree
- 1-3 years of experience as a field service engr
- english proficiency
- strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies
- excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
