key responsibilities
* partner with plant leaders/supervisors to achieve business objectives and develop hr strategies that support business outcomes.
* provide coaching and guidance to supervisors on leadership, team development, performance management, and employee relations.
* work with a team of hrbps to ensure consistent and effective hr support across departments or business units.
* collaborate with hr centers of excellence (talent acquisition, total rewards, ers, gbs) to deliver integrated hr solutions.
* analyze hr metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, diversity, performance outcomes) to identify trends and recommend actions.
* ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best hr practices.
* collaborate with hr manager to lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and high college engagement.
* partner with supervisors to manage headcount and organizational design.
* act as a cultural ambassador, promoting a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing workplace culture.
skills & competencies
* strong business acumen with the ability to align hr strategy to business goals.
* excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
* demonstrated ability to influence and drive change across multiple levels of the organization.
* solid understanding of employment law, employee relations, and organizational development principles.
* data‑driven mindset with experience using hr analytics to inform decisions.
* high integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
experience
* 5+ years of progressive hr experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or hr leadership role.
* proven experience partnering with leaders in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
on-site work arrangement
this role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.
