The *security analyst*is responsible to manage the processes of the area, maintaining the integrity of the information and availability for the necessary effects of the asset security operation, following up on updates, deviations and/or improvements.
*responsibilities*:
- monthly review of the sua's of all the companies to enter (review of approximately more than 1,000 people per month) to determine who has social security and give the access stamp.
- serve as pro watch and maxpro management analyst backup.
- generate a list of the companies that can enter and deliver said information to the accesses and to cecom.
- give talks on the topic "guidelines for carriers".
- delivery of vehicle stickers, updating of the database and filing of requests.
- weekly sending of gasoline consumption and filing of vouchers.
- counting and monthly sending of the head count of the patrimonial security area.
- reception, review and safeguarding of personnel files that make up the security companies that work within the plant.
- updating of guard records.
- support in fatigue counting of guard templates.
- receipt of supplier invoices for printing, obtaining authorization signature and gr code.
- deactivate in the pw system the personnel credentials of contractor companies, by notice of withdrawal that they send, as well as notify the corresponding personnel of said withdrawal.
- request for quotes for office supplies.
- review of stationery, formats, reception supplies and office supplies that correspond to the asset security area to request a new quantity of products.
- provide necessary paperwork to those in charge of the guard service.
- request for formats and copies necessary for the operation of the accesses.
- support in spend control management.
- generation of exit passes for access control.
- documentary administration for entry of contractors' holidays.
- database update of seizures made by security guards.
- update of indicators and kpi's for security companies.
- reception of non-criminal background letters from external companies.
- report the requirements for the entry of new personnel and verify that they are not on the restricted access list.
- telephone and face-to-face attention to contractor company personnel.
- participation in extraordinary security events.
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree.
- 1 year in patrimonial security office management or equivalent.
- security control experience.
- basic - intermediate english.
- experience using excel.
- desirable experience in google suite (sheets and slides; datastudio).
