About the Role
Looking for an experienced Order-to-Cash Subject Matter Expert with strong leadership skills to join our OTC Tower. In this role, you will serve as the go-to expert for all aspects of the O2C cycle while helping shape strategy, mentor teams, and drive operational excellence. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize processes, resolve complex issues, and ensure best practices are implemented consistently across regions.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Lead as the O2C subject matter expert, covering credit, billing, collections, cash application, dispute management, and trade finance.
- Guide and coach Hub and Spoke teams to build expertise, strengthen performance, and ensure knowledge transfer while building collaboration.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and business leaders to align on priorities and deliver impactful results.
- Serve as a trusted escalation point, resolving complex customer and process challenges.
- Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce risk.
- Support ERP/system implementations and automation efforts, ensuring O2C requirements are met.
- Champion standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement across EU operations.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Order-to-Cash, including leadership or SME-level responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and related O2C tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of driving process improvements.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the organization.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
