- minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on corporate banking operations.
- proven leadership experience in managing large teams and driving operational excellence.
- in-depth knowledge of commercial banking products and services, including credit operations, trade finance, onboarding best practices, electronic banking and cash management, fx & derivatives and trust operations.
- strong understanding of kyc/aml regulations, banking regulations, and risk management principles.
- demonstrated experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., lean, six sigma) and technology implementation.
- excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
