• contribute beyond client work: participate in internal initiatives such as practice development, proposal writing, recruiting, eminence building, and community engagement, demonstrating breadth and depth as a well-rounded “best athlete” consultant.
qualifications
required
• 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• minimum 3 years of experience in a manager level.
• completion of course of study/egresado in computer science/it/computer engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience.
• responsible for client and team management, including proactive value creation activities.
• support sales activities, account management, and project planning.
• advanced english level.
• professional experience in organizational design, workforce strategy, leadership strategy, learning strategy and/or change management strategy in a consulting or industry role.
• experience developing and executing communication plans.
• experience developing presentations using microsoft office suite, demonstrating proficiency in powerpoint (e.g., data visualization, storytelling) and in excel (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas).
• experience with change management and communication strategy development across digital, print, and video channels.
• experience with training strategies, develop materials with smes, and coordinate delivery to support adoption.
• experience leading stakeholder engagement and adoption strategy (stakeholder mapping, personas, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, resistance management).
• strong creative storytelling, writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• project management experience, including workplan development, organization, and strategic planning
preferred
• experience partnering with global delivery teams and managing cross-time-zone execution.
• experience delivering projects for us-based clients.
• experience in consulting or advisory fields.
• demonstrates integrity and professionalism; able to lead, mentor, and coach junior staff.
• proven experience with prompting and/or building custom gpts in a workplace environment.
