Job summary:
we are seeking an experienced hr expert to join our fast-paced human resources team. In this role, you will serve as a customer advocate, providing superior service and support to employees, managers, and hr professionals.
key responsibilities:
* provide accurate and timely first contact resolution to employees, managers, and hr professionals.
* support human resource operations team and business units with admin transactions, data validation, auditing, and corrections.
* ensure data integrity through audits of the hr information system.
* update and analyze work process design and flow for policies and procedures.
* serve as an employee and customer advocate.
* conduct analysis and prepare ongoing hr reports to effectively administer policies and programs.
* responsible for achieving quality standards, goals, and metrics.
requirements:
* university degree.
* 1 year of experience in hr or customer service.
* advanced english (conversational).
* experience in customer service in the united states.
* resolve inquiries through servicenow case management system and via telephony system.
* human resources knowledge base to provide consistent customer service.
