* provides technical assistance and cost-effective solutions in fire prevention and protection, as well as emergency response planning for security and plant engineering personnel assigned to the site.
* coordinates the support of companies that provide industrial risk prevention services.
* collaborates with the risk management area during the renewal processes of the property insurance program.
* defines, communicates, and implements loss prevention specifications and requirements for existing, new, leased, and acquired locations.
* supports the global security director in maintaining the corporate fire protection and life safety policy.
* develops and implements training programs for plant personnel on fire protection systems, their maintenance and testing, risk management procedures, etc.
my background:
* bachelor's degree
* advanced level of english
* experience with systems/installations for industrial risk prevention/protection and life safety for building occupants
* extensive knowledge of nfpa (national fire protection association), fm (factory mutual), and local loss prevention standards and codes
* experience working with industrial risk prevention consulting companies (e.g., axa xl, fm, grc, etc.)
* availability to travel
* skill in managing construction projects, electromechanical installations, and alarm systems.
