To deliver maximum service to customers, we are seeking a leader who can plan, organize, direct and control all operations within our service area.
the ideal candidate will have the ability to select, train, develop and motivate personnel to maximize productivity. They will also be responsible for controlling manpower through planning, organizing and scheduling, and monitoring daily station performance reports to ensure operational efficiency.
our team member will engage with local sales organizations and top accounts to support sales efforts, coordinate station operations with other departments and manage trucking procedures during emergencies or adverse conditions.
we require a bachelor's degree or equivalent and five (5) years of related business experience, including at least two (2) years in station operations and one (1) year in management.
