our client is looking to hire a highly motivated remote worker to be part of a growing vacation rental property management company located in south california, united states. The position is considered full-time at 40 hours a week.

responsibilities
* guest communication: handle all guest inquiries and requests via text, email, and platform messaging, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
* issue resolution: address guest concerns efficiently and in line with company standard operating procedures.
* vendor coordination: schedule and oversee periodic and emergency maintenance with vendors for vacation rental properties.
* turnover management: assign and track cleaning teams for property turnovers, ensuring a seamless transition between stays.
* process improvement: help develop and refine systems to enhance the overall guest experience.
* review management: provide timely and professional guest reviews on airbnb and vrbo.
qualifications, skills, and key competencies
* minimum of 2 years of remote customer service experience supporting us-based businesses.
* experience in the vacation rental industry is required—familiarity with short-term rental operations is a must.
* proficiency in microsoft office and google suite.
* familiarity with whatsapp, trello, field scheduling, and crm software is preferred.
* reliable high-speed internet with excellent audio quality and minimal background noise.
* fluent in english and spanish (written and spoken) to support diverse guests.
* strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to consistently meet deadlines.
