*objective*:plans, organizes, directs, and controls manufacturing activities (production and maintenance) to ensure that the manufacture of goods meets volume, quality, and cost requirements within the established time frame in an efficient manner. Maintain standards across all shifts and communicate effectively and proactively with us businesses.
*main functions*:
- implements established procedures and maintains and improves standards with a focus on all departments. Must have a strong business sense to understand the difference between logical business improvements/outcomes/perfection.

- supervises the adequate preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, equipment, and machinery minimizing costs and meeting established quality standards.

*educational requirements*:engineering or professional degree and a master’s degree is desirable.
