We are seeking a skilled identity and access management (iam) associate with operational experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling access certifications and joiner, mover, leaver (jml) processes, ensuring the security and compliance of our systems.
key responsibilities • access management: oversee user provisioning and de-provisioning, ensuring appropriate access levels are maintained throughout the user lifecycle. • certifications: conduct regular access certifications to verify that users have the appropriate permissions in line with their roles. • jml processes: manage joiner, mover, leaver processes to ensure timely updates to user access based on role changes. • policy enforcement: implement and enforce iam policies and standards to maintain compliance with internal and external regulations. • audit support: prepare documentation and support internal and external audits related to iam controls. • incident response: address and resolve iam-related incidents and service requests promptly. • collaboration: work closely with it, hr, and other departments to align iam processes with organizational needs.
qualifications • education: bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. • experience: minimum of 3 years in iam roles with a focus on operations, access certifications, and jml processes. • technical skills: proficiency with iam tools and technologies such as active directory, ldap, saml, oauth, and mfa. • certifications: relevant certifications (e.g., cissp, cism, ciam) are preferred. • soft skills: strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
