Supply Chain Management ExpertThe Supply Chain Management Expert is responsible for leading the planning, procurement, control, and efficient flow of materials to ensure uninterrupted production and on-time delivery to customers. This role ensures optimal inventory management, cost control, and compliance with corporate and legal requirements across the supply chain.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the functions of materials planning, purchasing, warehousing, logistics, and traffic management.- Ensure production schedules are met by securing material availability on time and in full.- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize costs and minimize supply risks.- Implement inventory management policies that balance efficiency, cost, and customer service.- Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as inventory levels, turnover, obsolescence, on-time-in-full delivery, and forecast accuracy.- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain effective supply chain planning.- Drive continuous improvement projects in logistics, warehousing, and procurement to increase productivity and reduce costs.- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, trade regulations, and applicable legal requirements.- Develop, train, and motivate the supply chain team to achieve high performance.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).- 7+ years of experience in supply chain management within the manufacturing industry (automotive or Tier 1 experience preferred).- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.- Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems (ERP) and materials requirement planning systems (MRP).- Expertise in inventory management, procurement processes, and international trade.- Advanced English language skills (required for corporate and international customer interaction).- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
