what the job involves
* lead high-impact strategic and financial initiatives aimed at driving business development and revenue growth
* collaborate directly with the co-ceos and senior leadership across departments to support financial planning, build forecasts, and prepare investment analyses and presentations
* gain direct exposure to top-level decision-making through close collaboration with executives
* contribute to strategic growth by taking ownership of cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment
* deepen your understanding of cross-border business within one of the world\'s most dynamic trade corridors
who we are looking for
* at least 2 years of professional experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, or a related field
* strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements and support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
* proficiency in microsoft excel and powerpoint, with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail
* interest in search funds, the shelter services model, and nearshoring trends in north america
* entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
* fluency in english and spanish, essential for working in a bilingual, cross-border environment
