Experience limited to e-commerce or software product teams will not be considered. Experience with clients in the home services industry (e.g., plumbing, hvac, electricians) is a plus.

your mission

oversee our website development team as if you were running your own digital enterprise, owning every facet of the process.
drive profitability:
develop and execute your proven strategy to turn our web development team profitable through precise budgeting, resource management, and rigorous quality oversight.

ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and meets uncompromising, next-level quality standards. Anything less than exceptional is unacceptable—it must be perfected before release.
strategize & innovate:
analyze current challenges and leverage your hands-on experience to implement processes that yield measurable improvements.
full ownership beyond project management:
this role is far more than traditional project management. You'll control quality, time, resources, budget, and team improvements—essentially running a mini organization within our organization.

work closely with our cto (anton) and cross-functional teams to propel our digital marketing service to new heights.

technical acumen:
