We’re looking for an Account Executive to drive Synder’s growth in the US market. If you love leading discovery calls, closing deals, and helping businesses streamline their finances with powerful SaaS solutions — this role is for you! What you’ll do

- Run engaging discovery calls with qualified US leads from the BDR team.
- Generate demand by uncovering client pain points and showing the value of Synder from the first conversation.
- Drive the sales process from demo to close.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Keep all deal details, activities, and forecasts updated in HubSpot CRM.
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities and share client insights with Product and Marketing.

What we expect

- 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within FinTech, Accounting Tech, or Automation SaaS.
- Proven track record of success with US clients.
- Fluent English (C1+) with a neutral accent and exceptional communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and ready to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Located in EMEA or LATAM, available to work US business hours.
