one of our key clients is an international holding company that manages 12 products and has successfully launched over 40 projects worldwide, reaching dozens of countries across all continents. Their core product operates in the igaming industry.
currently, they are looking to strengthen their team with a sales manager (latam region).
key responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and onboarding new payment partners:
• independently search for and segment potential partners in target geos;
• initiate first contact via messengers and, when needed, calls;
• conduct initial negotiations and present partnership terms;
• handle objections during the pitch;
• manage partners through the full cycle: from first contact to registration, verification, and first deposit;
• support partners until they reach target kpis, then hand over to the growth team.
2. Market research and geo analytics:
• research target geos and identify effective partner acquisition strategies;
• analyze the competitive landscape in the region;
• collect common objections and contribute to objection-handling frameworks;
• improve scripts and communication approaches based on results.
3. Pipeline management and reporting:
• manage the pipeline for each partner, tracking status, stage, and next steps;
• keep data updated in spreadsheets/crm systems;
• prepare brief summaries on successfully launched partners for the growth team.
our ideal candidate has:
• 6+ months of sales experience:
preferably in b2b, cold sales, outbound, or lead generation. B2c is also acceptable with full-cycle sales experience.
• full-cycle sales skills:
ability to manage a client from first contact to closing, moving them through the funnel.
• strong negotiation and objection-handling skills;
• knowledge of core sales techniques:
needs assessment, value proposition, qualification, follow-ups, and closing.
• experience with crm and sales tracking:
managing pipelines, tracking deals, and handling multiple leads simultaneously.
• ability to independently find and evaluate potential partners;
• strong written communication;
• english level b2+.
nice to have:
• experience in gambling, betting, affiliate marketing, fintech, or other high-risk sectors;
• familiarity with lead sourcing tools, including osint and automation tools;
• basic understanding of fintech, including p2p services, crypto wallets, and local payment systems in target geos.
