the trainer is responsible for coordinating, implementing and conducting technical training programs for associates with a variety of learning styles for both the classroom and field. The trainer will develop training programs for new and existing associates.

*qualifications*:
- experience and knowledge: experience in factory automation, which includes linear technology, automation and electrical controls, as well as robotics
experience in facilitating product, processes and/or technical training
- enthusiasm: passionate about factory automation and leading change
- languages: english. German would be a plus
- education: bachelor's degree. Master and/or phd preferred
