As an experienced business development manager with a proven track record in a b2b sales environment, you will work within our sales team to secure new business whilst growing our existing customer base. You will be primarily responsible for: -- researching and identifying new business opportunities, in particular for our service contract model identifying key account opportunities (new accounts and existing account growth potential)
- building strong client relationships to promote recurring revenue
- creating and managing a sales pipeline for your territory
- understanding the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
- developing quotes and proposals for clients - in particular service contract proposals
- achieving your own personal target and working together to achieve team targets working to agreed kpls
- organising and prioritising your workload to meet business and customer needs
- liaising with internal and external teams to deliver results
- building relationships with existing and new customers and maximizing revenue offering a world class service whilst maintaining quality standards
- accurately updating customer records
- dealing with multiple accounts and jobs simultaneously
- interacting with customers and colleagues at all levels whilst maintaining a professional approach

- 4 to 6 years of total experience and 2+ years of relevant experience
