* assist with inventory, food rotation, and temperature checks
* wash, sanitize, and maintain galley equipment (for utility galley)
* work efficiently during busy service periods

* uphold professional grooming and kitchen etiquette at all times

* chef portfolio (photos of dishes) highly recommended
📌 requirements
✔️ minimum 1–2 years of recent culinary experience (restaurants, hotels, catering, bakeries, pastry shops, etc.)
✔️ knowledge of food safety, haccp, and basic kitchen operations
✔️ english level: basic to intermediate (enough to follow instructions)
✔️ ability to work in high-pressure and fast-paced kitchens
✔️ strong work ethic, punctuality, and discipline
✔️ ability to work onboard for 6–8 month contracts
✔️ team-player attitude and willingness to learn
🌟 preferred skills
* experience in 4–5 star hotels or fine dining
* knowledge of specialized kitchen areas (pastry, bakery, butchery, etc.)
* previous cruise ship experience (plus, not required)
