your tasks
* develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and production planning strategies.
* lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
* analyze production data and quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between quality, production, and business objectives.
* manage and mentor a team of quality control and production planning professionals.
* ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
* develop and maintain documentation for quality management and production planning processes.
* lead problem solving methodology across multidisciplinary teams.
* conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality standards.
* optimize production schedules and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
* prepare and present reports on quality and production performance to senior management.
your profile
* bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
* minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management or production planning, in an electronic manufacturing or industrial setting.
* minimum 5 years of experience managing large groups of engineers and technicians.
* six sigma certification (green belt or black belt preferred).
* quality management certifications (e.g., asq certifications) are a plus.
* proficiency in quality management systems and production planning software.
* strong knowledge of statistical process control and lean manufacturing principles.
* excellent project management and data analysis skills.
* in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards (e.g., iso 9001).
* experience with supply chain management .
* strong leadership and team management abilities.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* fluency in english and spanish is required.
