key responsibilities
* coach between 8-20 classes per week
* available in the mornings to coach at our preschool locations
* provide remarkable customer service experience on the field, in the office, and in the community
* attend regular coaching meetings and additional training sessions in marketing and operations
* actively support children in all stages of development
* schedule and conduct community feel calls to families and monitor/report the individual progress of children
required skills and qualifications
* must be available 2-3 days per week plus saturdays
* looking for a 1-year commitment as part of the professional development journey
* must enjoy working with children, can be silly, and organized to complete administrative tasks on time
* strong problem-solving and improvisational skills
hours and pay
* $17.50 per hour for assisting and training, $18-22.50 per hour & administrative hours
* mileage reimbursement at the federal irs mileage rate
* monthly cell phone reimbursement
* eligible for pay raise and promotion within the first 16 weeks of employment
* opportunities for bonuses, benefits, and pay raises with completion of specified units and training in early childhood education.
