- capture and track orders from associates via telephone, showing empathy and good service.
- document any adverse event reported by an associate or customer and continue the corresponding process to ensure follow-up by gmpss.
- provide information on promotions, events, and new products to associates.
- guide associates to achieve the best results from the company's products and services.
- reactivate accounts of associates who request it via telephone.

- technical degree and/or completed high school.
- one year of customer service experience.

- excellent verbal and written communication in spanish and english.
