Overview:
**Position Summary**
**General**
Capture orders from Associates and guide them to achieve the best results from Herbalife products and services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Capture and track orders from Associates via telephone, showing empathy and good service.
- Document any adverse event reported by an Associate or Customer and continue the corresponding process to ensure follow-up by GMPSS.
- Provide information on promotions, events, and new products to Associates.
- Guide Associates to achieve the best results from the company's products and services.
- Reactivate accounts of associates who request it via telephone.
**Processes and Controls**
- Follow the corresponding Orders processes and procedures.
- Correctly code cases in HCM for timely follow-up and reporting.
**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

**Position Profile**:
**Skills/Education/Experience**:
- Technical degree and/or completed high school.
- One year of customer service experience.
- Outstanding customer service attitude.
- Ability to solve problems and perform tasks delegated by the supervisor.
- Results-oriented.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
- Teamwork.
