Job Responsibilities:1.Customer Management & Needs Deep-Diving- Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships, regularly update customer profiles, and analyze changes in customer needs.
- Collaborate with R&D;/product departments to optimize solutions.2.End-to-End Order Management- Manage the entire business coordination process from quotation and contract negotiation to order confirmation, ensuring compliance with company risk control requirements.
- Track order execution (production, logistics, customs) and coordinate internal and external resources to resolve delivery issues, ensuring on-time fulfillment.
- Monitor payment collection progress, collaborate with the finance department to address payment anomalies, and reduce accounts receivable risks.3.Sales Targets & Data Analysis- Undertake departmental annual sales targets, break them down, and develop individual/regional monthly/quarterly execution plans.
- Regularly consolidate sales data (e.G., conversion rate, gross margin, customer churn rate), generate analytical reports, and propose improvement recommendations.
- Maintain the accuracy of CRM system data to ensure sales process visibility and traceability.4.Cross-Department Collaboration & Process Optimization- Coordinate with production and supply chain departments to ensure alignment between order requirements and production capacity.
- Collaborate with customs teams to handle export compliance matters.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer pain points to drive product iteration or service process improvements (e.G., delivery time, after-sales service).
- Participate in the development and iteration of standardized sales tools (e.G., contract templates, quotation systems).5.Risk Control & Compliance Management- Identify international trade risks (e.G., exchange rates, policies, credit risks) and develop contingency plans.
- Ensure business operations comply with company compliance requirements and international trade regulations (e.G., INCOTERMS, export controls).
Qualifications:- 3 years of experience in the same manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in English as a working language.
- 5+ years of experience in overseas sales or key account management.
- Familiar with export operations.
- Project management experience; PMP certification is preferred.
