*we will count on you to*:
- provide technical support for the initial setup of equipment and receive decommissioned equipment.
- conduct inventories and change parts as necessary.
- execute basic connectivity troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
- offer technical support at the handson level, both by phone and remotely in mexico and the usa.
*what you need to have*:
- previous experience in technical support, preferably in a service desk environment.
- a degree in computer engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in technical support.
- english (advanced)
- certifications in itil, 8 plus, or similar.
*what makes you stand out*:
- knowledge of office software and windows and mac operating systems.
- effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- additional experience in remote technical support.
