we are seeking a senior business operations analyst to support internal teams and customers with expertise in crm, quoting, subscription, and billing systems. If you're a proactive problem-solver in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, this role offers the opportunity to drive efficiency and impact.
what you’ll do
user & customer support
* respond promptly to internal and external queries, ensuring high-quality support and satisfaction.
* collaborate with technical support, sales, and other departments to troubleshoot system issues.
* provide frontline operational support to the sales team, focusing on salesforce queries and workflows.
salesforce system ownership & subject matter expertise
* serve as a subject matter expert for salesforce crm, salesforce cpq, subscription management, and billing systems.
* troubleshoot issues related to workflows, data integrity, permissions, and integrations.
* work closely with salesforce admins, developers, and stakeholders to support enhancements and incident resolution.
process optimization & project implementation
* assist in solution design, prototyping, and salesforce configuration for change initiatives and new features.
* evaluate and improve current salesforce processes for scalability and efficiency.
* translate business requirements into salesforce solutions that deliver value.
who are you?
* degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
* hands-on experience with at least one salesforce implementation and administration.
* experience with saas platforms like zuora or similar.
* deep understanding of the crm saas landscape, especially lead to cash processes.
* knowledge of zuora data model and configuration features.
* understanding of enterprise customer journey best practices.
* excellent communication skills in english.
other nice to have
* experience with zuora or cpq applications.
* salesforce adm201 certification.
* knowledge of agile development and sprint planning.
* experience with apex coding, triggers, classes, and components.
* experience designing salesforce objects, workflows, and customizations.
* availability to support mainly emear and amer regions during their office hours.
