what you'll be doing:
• create and validate inspection instructions and criteria
• participate in apqp and fmea development
• monitor spc and msa compliance on production lines
• manage ppap documentation and customer validation requirements
• analyze and resolve product non-conformities and customer complaints
• coordinate safe launch plans and control plans
• lead material review boards and issue rejection reports
• ensure calibration and traceability of measurement equipment
• conduct layered audits and follow up on findings
• communicate issues and resolutions across organizational levels
• coordinate containment and sorting activities with customers
• implement corrective actions from audits and complaints
• maintain compliance with iso *, iatf *, and iso * standards what we're looking for:
• bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, electronic engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing with a focus on quality control
• proficiency in statistical analysis (msa, cpk) and problem-solving tools (8d, root cause analysis)
• knowledge of automotive industry standards and core tools (gd
