an international professional services organization is seeking a talent sourcing & research specialist to join its human capital & talent team. This individual will play a key role in supporting business services recruitment through market intelligence, proactive sourcing, and pipeline development.
key responsibilities
* build and maintain talent pipelines using advanced sourcing tools and strategies.
* analyze talent market data to support recruiting strategy and decision-making.
* proactively identify talent for recurring and strategic hiring needs.
* develop and manage market maps and passive candidate target lists for active searches.
* engage passive candidates through outreach and conduct initial qualification discussions.
* produce competitive intelligence reports on organizational structure, compensation, talent trends, and hiring activity across relevant industries.
* handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity.
role requirements
* bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in human resources, data analytics, or a related field.
* minimum of 3 years experience in sourcing, talent research, or recruitment within a global or large-scale professional services environment.
* proficiency in linkedin recruiter, linkedin insights, boolean search, and microsoft office suite.
* strong ability to source and manage pipelines within an applicant tracking system (ats).
* excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information for different audiences.
