what you'll do?
* client communication & issue resolution

* configure key z tables and output setups.
* logistics
* oversee order dropping to by (presumably blue yonder).
* manage by interfaces for transportation completion in sap.
* billing & returns
* process invoices, credits, debits, and returns.
* manage batch jobs and manual releases by ar.
* configure outputs for 810 edi/email or smart forms.
* production support
what you'll bring:
* this role involves providing expert-level support for sap operations, focusing on order management, logistics, invoicing, and master data. The candidate must possess strong client communication skills to lead customer calls and resolve complex, high-priority issues within sla.
