What you´ll do
* drive standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of logistics execution processes.
* ensure seamless, error-free execution of operational processes to support business continuity and minimize disruptions.
* monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in cost efficiency, service quality, and process sustainability.
* oversee the documentation, implementation, and compliance of standard operating procedures and process guidelines.
* champion a culture of operational excellence, process ownership, and accountability within the team
* support capability development and training initiatives to elevate process execution maturity within the logistics function.
what makes you a good fit
* bachelor's or master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
* 8+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
* fully bilingual in spanish and english is a requirement
* proven track record in leading teams, driving standardization, and delivering measurable improvements in logistics performance.
* strong understanding of logistics systems (e.g., sap, tms, wms) and data analytics tools.
* strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
* experience in a matrixed, global organization is a plus.
* commitment to fostering a high-performance team culture and developing talent within the organization.
