key responsibilities:
develop and expand both new and existing affiliate networks, identifying opportunities for growth within the mexican market. Set and achieve departmental and personal kpis, regularly reviewing affiliate performance to ensure targets are met. Monitor and optimize the romi for affiliate campaigns, ensuring that budgets are respected and profitability is maximized. Oversee the creation and updating of affiliate marketing materials, including banners, landing pages, bonus offers, and tracking links, to ensure alignment with current promotions. Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to test new traffic sources and refine customer acquisition strategies. Analyze affiliate data to identify trends, optimize performance, and prevent fraudulent activity. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
desired experience:
at least 2 years of experience as an affiliate manager, preferably within the mexican igaming market. Upper-intermediate english proficiency or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills. In-depth knowledge of cpa, revshare, hybrid, and other affiliate deal structures. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive profitable decisions. Effective negotiation and relationship management skills, capable of building long-term partnerships. Experience in managing marketing budgets and performance-based campaigns. Familiarity with fraud detection and prevention in affiliate marketing is a plus.
