*about the role*
we are seeking an experienced and driven *commercial vehicle sales executive* to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing regional markets, identifying distributors and fleet clients, and managing key b2b relationships to expand our commercial vehicle presence.
*key responsibilities*
- identify and develop new sales channels (distributors, dealers, fleet clients).
- manage the entire b2b sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- build strong relationships with customers, understand their vehicle needs, and propose tailored solutions.
- monitor competitors and market trends in the commercial vehicle industry.
- work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategy with market demands.
- achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in your assigned region.
*requirements*:
- at least 3 years of experience in *commercial vehicle sales*, dealer development, or fleet management.
- strong network in the automotive or transport/logistics industry.
- excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- fluent in english; spanish or local language is a plus.
- bachelor's degree in business, marketing, automotive engineering, or related field preferred.
