Job description :
* perform quality assurance (qa) activities according to bose pal (pal - bose development processes focused on aspice compliance) process for assigned projects.
* prepare and maintain qa plan for assigned projects.
* review of projects' plans and sub-plans, at the time of creation and on each major update.
* peer reviews of qa plans.
* monitor projects' related kpis.
* perform work product audits and process audits according to provided checklist.
* participate in gap analyses, projects' audits, assessments as per project schedule.
* participate in related projects' meetings, based on needs and cadence.
* participate in qa organization meetings and reviews.
* non-compliance reporting, tracking, escalation.
* completion of customer quality reports.
* representation of qa organization in front of customer
* other activities related to qa engineering.
point to keep in mind:
* they need to have strong awareness of software development and testing processes
* should be able to advocate the importance of quality and develop the culture within in bose
* having aspice certification is good to have.
