responsibilities strategic platform management
develop a robust strategy for the call center platform that serves the unique needs of biolife and dd&t sectors.
maintain high standards of performance, reliability, and scalability of the platform.
collaborate with stakeholders to integrate new technologies and improve platform functionality.
customer and technical support
ensure superior customer service for biolife plasma and dd&t inquiries.
strengthen relationships with stakeholders and gather feedback to enhance platform performance.
serve as the main interface between end users and technical teams.
regulatory compliance and security
enforce compliance with healthcare and technology industry standards.
implement rigorous security protocols to protect data and ensure privacy.
project and innovation leadership
lead projects to expand and improve platform capabilities using innovative technological solutions.
manage the adoption of new technologies to advance service quality and operational efficiency.
team leadership
direct and develop the platform team, emphasizing continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
manage resources and prioritize projects effectively to meet deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
required skills & qualifications
* bachelor s or master s degree in it, computer science, or related field.
* deep expertise in genesis systems and call center technologies.
* strong project management skills in data, digital & technology environments.
* comprehensive knowledge of regulatory standards applicable to healthcare and data security.
* excellent leadership and communication skills.
