Board packet assembly, including copying, binding, labeling envelopes, and mailing when applicable. Communicate and coordinate with third-party vendors. Create monthly newsletters. Assist with the architectural application process. Create work orders for the appropriate vendor, follow up on status of work orders, and update system notes as necessary. Additional duties as assigned.
