main responsabilities
· make proactive outbound phone calls to pre-determined agribusiness merchants in the u.s. to promote select financing offers.
· increase the volume of agribusiness financing in the u.s. for a select group of john deere financial merchants.
· serve as a knowledge resource and seek to find answers for a select group of agribusiness merchants in the u.s.
· utilize reports (tableau, power bi, excel) to identify sales opportunities and track progress.
· record efforts and activities in a customer relationship management system.
· as needed, provide updates and feedback to the jdf sales management team.
· participate virtually and in-person u.s. Jdf agribusiness sales meetings.
· follow up and close select customer surveys.
· develop internal sales material including reference documents.
· update and maintain internal reports such and data files.
what skills you need
· 3 or more years of working knowledge in the field of agriculture, agribusiness, or financing.
· 3 or more years of experience of supporting business relationships with dealers, merchants or customers.
· 1 or more years of proficiently using excel, word, powerpoint, sharepoint online, teams, power bi, and other microsoft products.
· 1 or more years of demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills.
