work modality: remote – latin america (selling to the u.s. market)
location: anywhere in latam
languages: fluent english (c1 or higher)

job objective

we are seeking a sales executive responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients in the u.s market. This role manages the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity generation to negotiation and closing, ensuring profitability and achievement of sales targets. All sales activities must be documented in odoo crm.


responsibilities

* identify and develop new business opportunities in the technology/it market, primarily in the u.s.
* generate leads through calls, networking, and outreach strategies.
* manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
* meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
* prepare commercial proposals ensuring feasibility and profitability.
* negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients.
* maintain ongoing communication with prospects to build relationships and identify opportunities.
* document opportunities, communications, and activities in odoo crm.
* support proposal and presentation preparation with the marketing team.
* monitor account performance and profitability.


job requirements


education

* bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems engineering, telecommunications, or related fields.


experience

* 10+ years of experience in b2b sales or business development in the technology/it sector.
* proven experience managing sales quotas and closing deals.
* experience selling technology solutions to international markets.


knowledge

* consultative sales and commercial strategy.
* preparation of commercial proposals.
* knowledge of it technologies.
* understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services.
* experience using crm systems (preferably odoo).
* fluent english (written and spoken).

* strong communication and negotiation skills.
* results-oriented with focus on sales targets.
* proactive in generating new business opportunities.
* persuasive with strong closing abilities.
