the role
this is a hands-on media buying role for someone who genuinely enjoys living inside ad accounts.
you'll manage and scale paid campaigns across meta and google, work closely with creatives and account managers, and own performance across a portfolio of high-growth brands. You won't be watching dashboards from a distance — you'll be the one identifying gaps, running tests, and driving results.

🎯 meta ads (60%) build, launch, and scale campaigns across meta. Manage targeting, budgets, bid strategies, and campaign structure. Analyze cpm, ctr, cvr, and cpa to surface what's working — and fix what isn't.
🔍 google ads — search & gdn (20%) run paid search and display campaigns. Dig into keyword performance, audience segmentation, and impression share. Connect bidding and landing page decisions to outcomes.
📊 client communication (10%) turn performance data into clear, actionable insights. Help account managers tell a compelling story to clients. Communicate creative rationale with confidence.
🔧 funnel optimization (10%) identify gaps in message-market fit, creative formats, and placement performance. Audit post-click experience — landing pages, mobile vs. desktop, upsells — and flag what needs attention.

* 2+ years managing paid accounts with budgets of $100k+/month
