as store manager, you will be responsible for leading store operations, driving sales performance, managing a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with brand standards.
key responsibilities
* drive store sales and achieve kpis (revenue, profitability, accessories, services)
* lead, coach, and develop the store team
* ensure excellent customer experience and handle complex cases
* oversee daily operations, inventory, and visual merchandising
* execute marketing campaigns and product launches
what we're looking for
* experience as store manager in retail (consumer electronics or premium brands preferred)
* strong commercial mindset and kpi ownership
* proven leadership managing store teams
* advanced english
* experience in brands like samsung, apple, huawei, xiaomi is a plu
