We're hiring: business analyst – asset management (salesforce / front office / investor services)
we are seeking a detail-oriented and business-driven business analyst with experience in asset management environments to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams.
the ideal candidate will gather, analyse, and document business requirements from asset management stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications, primarily for salesforce and related platforms.
responsibilities
* conduct workshops with portfolio managers, operations, and investor relations teams
* translate business needs into functional salesforce requirements
* support user acceptance testing (uat)
* analyse current business processes and recommend improvements
* support system implementations and migrations
* act as liaison between business and technology teams
technical skills
* salesforce functional knowledge
* business process modeling
* data analysis
* process mapping tools (visio, lucidchart)
* salesforce admin or strong functional knowledge (preferred)
* knowledge of salesforce financial services cloud is a plus
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in finance, business, it, or related field
* 3–8 years experience
* certified business analysis professional (cbap)
